1. How can I confirm my order is placed successfully?

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

US domestic orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days. International orders take 7–15 business days on average. Specific delivery time is subject to logistics and customs progress.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

You can apply for order modification or cancellation by contacting customer service within 24 hours of payment if the order has not been shipped. Once the order is processed and shipped, modification and cancellation are not supported, and you can only apply for return after receiving the goods.

4. What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order logistics is suspended for a long time or the package is lost, please contact our customer service in time. We will check the logistics situation for you and provide solutions such as re-delivery or refund according to the actual situation.
