International Shipping: International orders usually take 7–15 business days for delivery, affected by destination country, customs clearance efficiency, and logistics schedule.
All delivery times are estimated for reference only, and we do not guarantee absolute delivery time due to uncontrollable factors such as logistics delays, customs inspection, and extreme weather.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your delivery address, order weight, and shipping method, and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment. We will launch regular free shipping threshold activities from time to time, and the specific preferential rules are subject to the latest website display.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and tracking link to your registered email. You can check the real-time logistics status of your order through the tracking number at any time.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international cross-border orders, local import duties, taxes, and handling fees may be charged by the destination country’s customs according to local regulations. These additional fees are borne by the customer, and we are not responsible for any customs-related costs and delays caused by local customs policies.

Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

If the order cannot be delivered normally due to incorrect customer address, unreachable contact information, or customer refusal to sign for it, resulting in the package being returned, the return shipping fee and secondary shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
